(4) The weight, volume, packaging and marking of the goods consigned by the shipper shall comply with the relevant provisions of the carrier and comply with regulations.

5, in the goods shall not contain prohibited and restricted transport of goods, dangerous goods, valuables, confidential documents and information.

6, a cargo consignment book only limited to a shipper to a place, a consignee of the goods. Under the following circumstances, the same cargo consignment letter cannot be used to consign goods:

a) different transport conditions;

b) goods with different rates;

c) Conflicting nature of the goods.

The cargo consignment book shall show the contents, quantity and packaging of the goods.

7. The carrier's agent must carry out safety inspection or take other measures to ensure transportation of all the goods received and transported, and all the goods installed within 24 hours after receiving and transporting shall be unpacked and inspected or tested by security instruments.

8, the carrier considers it necessary to open the box to check the consignment of goods and documents, but does not undertake the obligation to check.

9. Valid documents for cargo transportation:

w) Purchase F ticket for goods;

b) Quarantine certificate of the goods subject to quarantine;

c) Transport permit certificate and transport transfer certificate of restricted goods;

d) Technical description of chemicals provided by the production department. Magnetic items should be degaussed or have anti-magnetic measures.

10. Receiving restrictions:

a) Refuse to accept items prohibited from transport;

b) The goods subject to quarantine shall not be received without a quarantine certificate;

c) All passenger and cargo flights are prohibited from receiving and transporting dangerous goods;

d) Oversized and overweight goods are not accepted without suitable models for carrying;

e) If the packaging of the goods is not suitable for air transport, it will not be accepted for the time being;

Goods restricted for transport shall not be accepted without a certificate of approval or transfer.
